Annular deck oven FRINGAND mod.OPTIMA, metallic earth gas fired. One (1) or two (2) doors of 75cm width, useful depth 160, 200 or 240 cm. Three, four or five decks. Stainless steel exhaust hood with fan and condensation free system, halogen lighting on each deck, double steam controls by pushbuttons. Independent steam generator on each deck. Cooking is acheived by means of rings annular tube with independent steam chambers in each deck. This  all-metalic oven provide to the user a perfect baking quality with low consumption and a minimum maintenance.
